Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment proven to help teens struggling with emotion dysregulation, self-harming behavior, suicidal ideation, and other mental health issues. Evolve’s Comprehensive DBT residential treatment center is the first of its kind in California and one of only a handful in the entire country.
