Holistic and Trauma-Sensitive Methods

Utilizing a trauma-sensitive framework, we apply our Growth and Resiliency Framework to structure our educational content and care strategies, incorporating elements like DBT, RO-DBT, CBT, ACT, ERP, EFFT, Experiential Therapy, and CPT. We adopt a comprehensive systems perspective in our interventions, encompassing assistance for parents, families, and schools. We recognize that adolescents require appropriate direction and nurturing to achieve genuine recovery and lead fulfilling lives. Our drive is to assist young individuals in building insight, achieving self-acceptance, adapting effectively to challenges, and re-entering their routines with a transformed perspective.
