Established in 1883, Crossroad dedicates itself to building hopeful paths for young people and their families. Today, our family-focused efforts emphasize delivering psychological health support, learning opportunities, and aid services personalized to each client's unique needs and capabilities. Crossroad's residential services for ages 6 to 21 are located at our Fort Wayne facility, including Secure Intensive Treatment via Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF), Flexible Residential Options, and Diagnostic Assessments. These programs are open to qualified youth, accepting referrals from court officials, child service providers, teachers, advisors, parents, and other parties. We accommodate clients with various medical conditions like seizure disorders, cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy, diabetes, sickle cell anemia, hemophilia, cancer, and shunt procedures; furthermore, we review applications for children with developmental or learning difficulties individually.

These housing options are available to eligible children, with referrals coming from legal authorities, youth care specialists, educators, guides, caregivers, and more.
