We deliver a research-supported initiative tailored for adults aged 18 and above whose symptoms interfere with daily routines. You can join at any time. DBT and CBT methods are presented in a supportive, non-critical, and validating atmosphere. We concentrate on addressing issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorders, Chronic Pain, PTSD, OCD, medical conditions leading to emotional distress, Social Anxiety, and those in need of strong Coping Strategies. Our offerings include three Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) dedicated to Mental Health. Two are DBT-oriented, one during the morning and one in the evening. The third is a Health and Wellness IOP for people with acute or chronic Mental Health challenges. On average, these programs lead to a 64% reduction in symptoms as reported by clients! Intensive Outpatient Program for Dual Diagnosis

This program is intended to assist adults 18 and older who are managing both substance dependency and Mental Health diagnoses together. The objectives include teaching ways to sustain sobriety while developing and applying essential life skills to manage intense emotions that arise from recovery, in a nurturing and steady environment. We emphasize relapse prevention by integrating DBT techniques to handle triggers related to both substance use and Mental Health aspects effectively.

Intensive Outpatient Program for Adolescents

Our Adolescent Outpatient Program (IOP) is created for youth aged 12 to 17 who are facing Depression, Anxiety, Mental Health disorders, or emotional difficulties that greatly affect their daily activities and might pose risks to themselves or others. The program provides opportunities for young individuals to learn practical methods for navigating life transitions and building a foundation for future achievements.
